Justin Pratt is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-end kitchen environments. Currently serving as Sous Chef at BOKA Restaurant Group since December 2017, Justin has honed skills in various roles within the industry, including Executive Sous Chef positions at True Food Kitchen and North Italia. Starting as a Sous Chef at Fox Restaurant Concepts, Justin advanced through the culinary ranks thanks to a solid educational foundation from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where a Culinary Arts Certificate was earned.
