Stephen Bailey

Stephen Bailey has a significant amount of experience in finance and directorial roles. Stephen began their career at Budget Rent a Car Corporation in 1985 as a Controller, where they stayed for over a decade. Stephen then moved on to Hays ZMB Limited as Finance Director from 2000 to 2001, followed by a role as Finance Director at Hays Personnel Services in 2001. From 2003 to 2007, Bailey served as Group Finance Director at Swift Technical Group, and then went on to become Group Finance Director (Interim) at Bolashak from 2007 to 2008. Stephen acted as Group Finance Director at Aldelia from 2008 to 2010 and then became Finance Director at Bolashak International Ltd from 2011 onwards. Throughout their career, Bailey has demonstrated expertise in refinancing, global expansion, and providing financial and commercial advice.

Stephen Bailey earned an MBA from Henley Business School from 1991 to 1995. Stephen also obtained an ACMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
