Guillermo Novoa

Guillermo Novoa is an accomplished professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Wawa, Inc. since June 2024, Guillermo has also been an Operating Partner and Catering Manager for Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen since July 2018, overseeing catering services in Central Florida. Prior to these roles, Guillermo managed operations at Grimaldi's Pizzeria from January 2014 to July 2018. Educationally, Guillermo attended the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2014, earning a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing, and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the College of Central Florida, completed in December 2011.
