Drei Delos Reyes has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and business excellence sectors.
Drei currently serves as the Director of Business Excellence at Bold Business, a position they have held since June 2022.
Prior to this, Drei worked at TaskUs from July 2019 to January 2022, where they held the role of Senior Director for Client Services.
Before joining TaskUs, Drei worked at TELUS International Philippines for a significant part of their career. From November 2015 to July 2019, they served as the Sr. Manager for Customer Experience | Global Quality Analytics, providing support to customer experience professionals across multiple locations.
Drei also held the role of Customer Experience Manager from November 2012 to April 2014, where they established and oversaw quality and coaching excellence programs. Additionally, they served as an Account General Manager from July 2010 to October 2012, ensuring client KPIs were met and providing guidance to operations and customer experience managers.
Prior to these leadership roles, Drei worked as an Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Customer Service Associate at TELUS International Philippines between 2003 and 2010.
Drei Delos Reyes completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Miriam College. This educational journey took place from 1997 to 2002.
