Sebastian Hübener

Sebastian Heinz is currently a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business since September 2024. Previously, Sebastian served as a Group Procurement Analyst at Selecta from January 2024 to June 2024, leading a digital transformation of procurement processes, enhancing contract management systems, and developing KPI dashboards for leadership insights. Prior to that, Sebastian interned as a Working Student Procurement at Selecta from January 2023 to July 2023, assisting in the development of procurement policies and supporting sustainability initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Host at SQUARE, where Sebastian facilitated community engagement and event management. Sebastian holds a Master's in International Business with graduate certificates in Global Strategy and Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina (August 2024 - May 2025) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in International Management from the University of St.Gallen (2020 - 2024).
