Joe LaChance

Joe Lachance is the Chief Technology Officer at Bold Metrics. Joe was previously a Full Stack Developer at Best Buy from October 2016 to November 2017. Prior to that, they were a Project Coordinator at Team Environmental for EQT Corporation from November 2013 to November 2015, where they strategized, planned, and forecasted for multiple projects yearly with budgets over 100k, including a 3 billion dollar project. Joe also standardized asset recording for 16 construction teams by creating universal documentation and financial metrics. From January 2009 to January 2014, Joe worked as a Communications Operator at Lincoln Airport Authority, where they operated identification & surveillance systems for the entire airport. Joe also designed resource databases for security logging, and badging efforts with Microsoft Suite. Joe co-lead the effort to issue security badges to over 3,000 employees annually and trained new employees on procedures and customer service protocol. Joe began their career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Delta Air Lines from August 2005 to August 2011.

Joe Lachance has a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Arts from Berklee College of Music and a Full-Stack Web Development certification from Flatiron School. Joe also attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Hastings High School.
