Morgan Marzo has worked in various roles in the fields of architecture and design since 2016. In 2016, they were an ADVANCE Project Manager at USGBC Colorado. In 2017, they worked as an Architectural Designer at Coburn Development, where they worked on an affordable housing development in Boulder, Colorado. In 2018, they worked as an Architectural Designer at Anderson Mason Dale Architects, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver, where they worked on the development and design of a BioSIPs wall system. In 2019, they were a Research Affiliate at Keio University, where they worked to build housing for refugees of natural disasters. In 2020, they worked as a Human Centered Designer at Shigeru Ban Architects. In 2021, they worked as a Designer and Researcher at Anderson Mason Dale Architects, where they reduced the State of Colorado commercial office space by 1M sq. ft. In 2022, they are currently working as a Product Designer at Bold Metrics Inc., implementing the UX process across all products, and as a UX Designer and Researcher at Hiperion.io, a tech startup in the beta phase offering data analytics dashboard platform. Additionally, Morgan Marzo is a freelance UX/UI Designer and Researcher, providing all aspects of User Experience and User Interface design.

Morgan Marzo's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Science from the University of Vermont, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. In 2016, they completed their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Colorado Denver. In 2013, they attended the Yestermorrow Design/Build School to study Design & Build for the Public Interest. From 2019 to 2020, they conducted research in Architecture at Keio University. In 2022, they will obtain a UX Design Immersive from General Assembly. Additionally, they have obtained a User Experience Design Immersive certification from General Assembly in April 2022, an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in October 2021, and a Design/Build Certification from the University of Colorado Denver.
