Joseph Dale is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and leading projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at BOLD PENGUIN since May 2022, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer at Doran Jones Inc., where leadership of teams on greenfield and code quality initiatives for Fortune 50 clients was a key responsibility. Prior to that, as a Principal Application Developer at Raymond James, Joseph specialized in the development of modern single-page applications using Angular, while also mentoring junior developers. At Catalina Marketing, Joseph excelled in building full stack solutions for large datasets and establishing devops practices. Joseph began a career as an IT Intern, contributing to complex big data solutions.
