Navneet Arya

Navneet Arya has extensive work experience in software testing and performance optimization. Navneet started their career as a Software Engineer at Misys Software Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2013 and worked there till 2016. In 2016, they joined BOLD as a Performance Engineer and progressed to the position of Senior Performance Engineer in 2018. Navneet then became the QA Performance Lead in 2020 and currently holds the role of Project Lead - SDET. In their current role, Navneet leads a team of 4 professionals and specializes in optimizing software performance through rigorous testing methodologies. Navneet is dedicated to achieving optimal results by streamlining processes, enhancing test efficiency, and implementing cutting-edge automation tools and frameworks.

Navneet Arya started their education journey in 2004 at Adarsh Vidya Mandir, where they obtained their Xth Std in SSC in 2005. They then attended Chandra Sr. Sec. School from 2006 to 2007, completing their XIIth Std in Maths. In 2008, Navneet went on to study at VIT University, obtaining a B.Tech degree in IT in 2012. Additionally, in September 2021, they obtained the CutShort Certified Python - Basic certification from CutShort.
