Alex Yamaykin

Alex Yamaykin has over 20 years of experience in software development and engineering. Alex began their career in 1997 as a Senior Software Developer at Progress Energy, where they developed J2EE applications for the Self Service Web Sphere Applications on the enterprise website. In 2003, they moved to Alphanumeric Systems Inc. as a Lead Software Developer, where they were responsible for leading new C# .NET application development for the GSK Application Registry project. In 2004, they joined PBM Graphics as a Systems Developer, where they were responsible for leading major complex projects. In 2007, they moved to Keane as a Principal Consultant. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at RTI International as a Systems Programmer, where they provided direction and guidance for the end-to-end technology solutions design and delivery. In 2014, they joined 1-800-Packrat, Inc. as a Sr. Web Developer and was responsible for the public facing websites and internal connected systems. In 2015, they moved to IBM as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on the IBM Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. In 2016, they joined Ascom Americas as a Regional Software Solution Developer, where they were responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for new solutions and prioritizing projects based on workload and the time-to-value perceptions. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BoldIQ as a Cloud Software Engineer.

Alex Yamaykin attended Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Science.
