Mike Foley

Mike Foley has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the education sector. Their most recent position is Director of Resident Life at The Bolles School, where they have been since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Campus Life at Hilton Head Preparatory School from June 2015 to July 2021. Mike also served as the Director of Residential Life at Ross School from July 2014 to June 2015. Before entering the education field, Mike worked as the Director of Advancement at Real Life Christian Academy from July 2013 to July 2014. Mike also held the position of Dean of Student Services at Montverde Academy from June 2003 to June 2013. Mike has experience in athletics as well, having worked as the Director of Athletics at Windermere Preparatory School from July 2002 to July 2003. Prior to that, they gained sales management experience as a Sales Manager at World-Gym from March 2001 to July 2002. Before transitioning to the education and management sectors, Mike worked as a Territory Manager at Ecolab from February 2000 to March 2001. Their earliest work experience was as a Walt Disney World Cast Member at Walt Disney World, where they worked from May 1994 to October 2000.

Mike Foley earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Denison University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Mike then pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, receiving a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Mike also obtained a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in August 2022.
