Iqwak Bhurji has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. In 2008, they began working as a Research Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. In 2009, they became a Speech & Debate Coach at the San Jose Unified School District. In 2010, they began working as a Sr. Banker at Bank of America. In 2013, they took on multiple roles including Music Director at BollyX - The Bollywood Workout, Sr. Account Executive, Platform Sales at YuMe, and Account Executive, Platform Sales at YuMe. In 2016, they became Managing Partner at Desi Junction, Inc, an entertainment company providing audio, visual, and staging services for corporate events, South-Asian luxury weddings, and private clients with offices in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, TX. Additionally, Iqwak Bhurji is the Founder of Klasikhz Music LLC, an independent production company focusing on music creation, remixing, curation, and DJing.

Iqwak Bhurji attended Leland High School from 2001 to 2005, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Music from UC San Diego in 2009.
