Minal Mehta has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they were an MBA Intern at NBC Universal, where they spearheaded strategy to build social media features on Oxygen website and increase fan engagement, as well as designed branded entertainment campaigns for Ad Sales team. In 2011, Minal took on the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Amazon.com, where they owned and managed paid marketing channels (sponsored links, display advertising, SEO, and Facebook ads) for MYHABIT, Amazon's private sale website. In 2013, they Co-Founded and became Board Director and Co-CEO & President of BollyX, Inc., a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program. Minal also became a Member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Greater NY. In 2016, they were a Judge & Advisor for the Harvard Business School Alumni New Venture Competition. In 2018, Minal became the CMO at Brigit, a mission-driven start-up that is disrupting the predatory $44 Billion payday loan and overdraft market, and also served as a Judge for the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition. Finally, in 2019, Minal took on the roles of Product Marketing and Chief Operating Officer for Good Face Project, the innovation platform for the next generation of Beauty. In 2021, they became an Advisor for 305 Fitness.

Minal Mehta obtained their MBA from Harvard Business School between 2009 and 2011, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Group Fitness Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
