Jack Marshall

Jack Marshall created the Customer Success organization at Fortify Software (sold to HP), AlienVault (sold to AT&T), Contrast Security (now a unicorn), and Prevoty (sold to Imperva). Jack often sits on panels and speaks about Customer Success whose relevance has increased dramatically in a SaaS-based world. Before moving into Customer Success, he founded 2 companies, one of which was Photoloft.com, the first (and at the time) largest photo-sharing site on the Internet. PhotoLoft was purchased by Canon Inc. of Japan.
