Angela Bagley

Angela Bagley has extensive work experience in internal communications and employee experience. Angela currently holds the position of Head of Internal Communications and Employee Experience at Bolt since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Internal and Executive Communications Consultant at Bolt from May 2021 to December 2021. Before joining Bolt, Angela served as the Director of Employee Communications at Cetera Financial Group from January 2020 to May 2021. Angela also worked at Houzz as the Director of Internal Communications and People Experience from November 2017 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Angela held various communication roles at TOMS from 2012 to 2017, including Director of Communications, Internal and Executive, Director of Communications, Giving and Internal, and Internal Communications/Culture & Experience Manager. Angela began their professional journey as an Internal Communications Manager at SCA Americas from September 2009 to May 2012. Angela also gained experience as a Communications Manager at SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC from February 2007 to August 2009 and as an Internal Communications/PR Writer at Sovereign Bank from 2002 to 2007.

Angela Bagley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Professional Writing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Angela also holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication from Villanova University. Additionally, Angela has a certification in Reputation Management from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
