Ashlee Holdgrafer

Ashlee Holdgrafer has diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Ashlee started their career at FactSet Research Systems as a Consultant in June 2011. Later, they joined Associated Bank as a Portfolio Manager in August 2012 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in July 2013. In 2014, they moved to U.S. Bank and served as Vice President of Commercial Banking until 2019. From June 2019 to August 2020, they worked at Bolt in the role of Enterprise Success. Ashlee then transitioned to the position of Chief of Staff at Bolt from August 2020 to December 2022. Following that, Ashlee took on the role of Customer Experience Operations at Bolt from December 2022 to August 2023. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Revenue Operations at Bolt.

Ashlee Holdgrafer attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2006 to 2010 where they earned a BBA degree in Finance and Economics.
