Bob Gallen

Bob Gallen has a strong and extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Bob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Bolt, where they have built a successful global enterprise revenue organization and significantly increased the company's valuation and customer base.

Prior to Bolt, Bob worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas at BeyondTrust in 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Bob was the Vice President of Sales at Symantec, where they played a key role in driving growth and transforming the company's go-to-market strategy. Bob led various sales teams and consistently delivered impressive new bookings growth.

Before joining Symantec, Bob held various sales positions at Blue Coat Systems from 2005 to 2016, including Regional Vice President of Sales, Central Region, Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Director, among others.

Earlier in their career, Bob worked as a Regional Manager at 8e6 Technologies, Regional Manager at Top Layer Networks, and District Manager at NetSolve. Bob also served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from 1987 to 1993.
