Michal Fikus

Michal Fikus is a Senior Software Engineer at Bolt since August 2019, focusing on building tools and frameworks for scalable feature development and maintaining user-related features for over 100 million users, including a sophisticated Identity Verification Platform. Prior to Bolt, Michal served as Tech Lead at WebInterpret, leading the development of a real-time localization solution for online stores, and spent time at BlaBlaCar as a Lead Engineer, where significant data migrations and service-oriented architecture implementations were executed. Michal's career began in various programming and leadership roles, including CTO at Gruper, where strategic planning and software development direction were key responsibilities. Educational achievements include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in IT & Econometrics from the University of Gdansk.
