Victoria Chyczewska is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, HR consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Regional People Partner at Bolt since October 2024, Victoria has previously worked as an HR Transformation Lead at Huuuge Games, overseeing recruitment and learning and development initiatives. As an HR consultant and business coach since December 2022, Victoria specializes in auditing HR processes and soft skills training. With a robust track record of managing large-scale recruitment efforts and strategic HR projects across multiple countries, Victoria has successfully implemented process optimizations, employer branding strategies, and mentorship programs.
