Ashish Dudani

Ashish Dudani has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ashish is currently the Managing Director of BOLT Solutions Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd as the Strategic Consulting & Business Development Leader, where they managed a team and provided digital solutions to clients worldwide. Ashish also served as an advisor and subject matter expert in the P&C Insurance sector for Kiwi Venture Partners.

Before joining Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, Ashish worked at AIG in various roles. Ashish led a team responsible for marketing efforts in the US and Canada for AIG's High Net Worth Customer Segment. Ashish also served as the Business Head for AIG's Global Agency Operations in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, where their team focused on restructuring workflows, creating strategic partnerships, launching new distribution channels, and implementing technology solutions.

Prior to their time at AIG, Ashish was the General Manager at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A, responsible for successfully launching multiple insurance programs and developing a profitable portfolio of products. Ashish also managed a team of 140 employees and recruited and oversaw the management of over 3000 strategic partners.

Ashish's early career includes roles at AIG as a Project Manager, where they launched new products in high-potential markets, and as an Agency Manager, where they achieved significant business growth by managing, recruiting, mentoring, and training brokers, agents, and affinity partners.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ashish worked at Nestlé, where they held positions as an Events & Promotion Officer, designing events and promotions for newly launched dairy products, and as a Sales Officer, revitalizing sales in semi-rural markets by appointing new distributors and focusing on key retailers.

Overall, Ashish Dudani has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a track record of successful collaborations and achievements throughout their career.

Ashish Dudani has a Masters in International Business (MBA) with a focus on General Management & Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Ashish also has a degree from the Charted Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) in Property Casualty Insurance. In addition, they hold an Associate degree in Property Casualty Insurance from the Insurance Institute. Ashish Dudani further pursued an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai and obtained a Bachelors of Commerce degree in Accounting & Auditing from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI.
