Rob Boldt, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Rob started their career in 2007 as a Spanish Teacher and Soccer Coach at Maranatha High School. In 2010, Rob started their own company called Boldt Communications with their wife, where they focused on building bridges for companies working with English and Spanish speaking audiences. That same year, they also worked as an Account Supervisor at Russ Reid Company, managing a diverse set of clients across the U.S. Since 2014, Rob has been the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at Bolton, an integrated financial services company. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Directors for PIHRA Gateway Cities.

Rob Boldt, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, and Spanish at Azusa Pacific University from 2002 to 2006. Rob furthered their education by pursuing an MBA in Global Business at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2008 to 2011.
