Jay Becker

Jay Becker has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and drafting. Jay started their career in 1985 as a Civil Engineering Technician at SEH, where they worked until 1992. During this time, they gained experience in civil engineering and drafting. In 1992, they joined Maier Stewart and Associates as a Civil CADD Specialist, where they focused on drafting and design using AutoCAD and Softdesk software. Jay worked on projects involving private, public, State Aid, and county work. In 1996, Jay returned to SEH as a Civil Cad Coordinator and Lead Civil Engineering Technician. In this role, they managed design on civil projects and utilized AutoCAD and Civil 3d for tasks such as reducing survey data and creating digital terrain models. Jay also produced construction plans for various projects. In 2015, Jay joined Bolton & Menk, Inc. as a Senior Engineering Technician, where they worked on drafting and design for civil and transportation projects. Jay utilized AutoCAD Civil 3d and was responsible for producing construction plans and performing quantity take offs and cost estimates.
