Kelsey Larsen (Retherford)

Kelsey Larsen (Retherford) has work experience as a Traffic Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. since June 2015. Additionally, they currently serve as the Simulation and Capacity Analysis Committee Chair at the North-Central Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NCITE) starting in January 2023.

Kelsey Larsen (Retherford) pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2010 to 2015, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from NCEES in December 2019 and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board in August 2022.
