Amy Capstick Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy is currently working as the Group Head of HR at Bolton Wanderers Football Club since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Kindertons Accident Management from 2016 to 2022, where they also served as a Group HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor. Amy was seconded as the Head of Human Resources for a period of six months.

Amy also worked as an HR Assistant at Dyson from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for assisting with employee relation cases, conducting exit interviews, and organizing intern assessment centers. Before that, they served as a Global Mobility Senior Associate at PwC in 2014, and as a Global Mobility Assistant Tax Advisor at EY from 2010 to 2013. Amy started their career as a Purchasing Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group in 2010.

Amy Capstick Assoc. CIPD has a solid education background in the field of law. Amy completed their LLB Law degree at the University of Bristol from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further legal education at the College of Law, where they obtained their LPC degree from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, Amy attended CIPD to enhance their knowledge in Human Resources, completing a Level 5 course.
