Wolfgang Wilms

Wolfgang Wilms currently serves as the Group Head of HR at Duvenbeck Unternehmensgruppe, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Wolfgang Wilms was an Interim-Manager HR and Lawyer at ThoughtWorks from February 2024 to January 2025, and the Head of HR Germany at ARLANXEO, a leading synthetic rubber company, from February 2023 to February 2024. Wolfgang Wilms spent nearly nine years at CEVA Logistics as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources for Central Functions, contributing to the company’s significant revenue and global workforce. Earlier experiences include serving as Managing Director and Director of Human Resources at Areva Renewables, where Wolfgang Wilms led contractual negotiations and start-up initiatives. Wolfgang Wilms holds an Executive Business Program degree from Harvard Business School, as well as a Lawyer Degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, specializing in labor law and economics.
