Sophie Hinton-Lever

Sophie Hinton-Lever is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and executive support. Currently serving as a Senior Business Manager at bolttech since October 2024, Sophie previously held the position of Head of Operations and Executive Assistant at Fortune Hill. Past roles include Employee Experience Manager at Rethink, Infrastructure and Internal Communications Lead and Executive Assistant at Savannah Group, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at the University of Cambridge and Rethink Group. Sophie began their career as a Project Co-ordinator/Executive Assistant at Korn Ferry and Odgers Berndtson, progressing from a PA to CEO at Pintrack Ltd to a Secure Plastics Clerk at HSBC. Sophie earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from The Open University between 2006 and 2010.
