Magdalena Günther

Magdalena Gonçalves is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR transformation and resource management. Currently serving as an HR Transformation Consultant at EY since December 2023, Magdalena focuses on the digitization of HR processes, designing and implementing new workflows, and conducting client workshops. Prior to this role, Magdalena held the position of Resource Manager at Infor, managing resource allocation on IT projects in Denmark and Norway. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Analyst at Credit Suisse, where support was provided to local HR teams across EMEA, and as an HR Administration Specialist at Hewlett-Packard, focusing on HR process transitions.
