Chris Buggelli has had a diverse work experience. Starting in 2008, they interned at CBS News as a New Production Intern. In 2009, they worked as a Project Manager/Tour Publicist at Girlie Action Media & Marketing. In 2010, they were a Research Associate at BMI for Songwriter and Publisher Relations. From 2011 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Discovery Communications, including Production Coordinator for Animal Planet and Digital Media Specialist. In 2015, they became a Post Production Coordinator, Casting and Development at ITV America. They attended the Flatiron School's Software Engineering Immersive program from April to July 2017. They then worked as a Software Engineer at Say Yes to Education, Inc. from October 2017 to October 2018. In 2018, they freelanced as a Web Developer. In 2019, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Bauer Xcel Media before joining Bombas as a Software Engineer. They later became a Senior Software Engineer at Bombas in December 2021.

Chris Buggelli began their education by attending The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After completing their undergraduate studies, Chris obtained additional certifications in computer programming from Lynda.com. In December 2016, they received certifications in "Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals" and "Foundations of Programming: Object-Oriented Design." In 2017, Chris attended the Flatiron School to further their education in Computer Software Engineering.
