Ritu Kundu's work experience begins in 1998 at Binary Semantics Ltd., where they worked as a Sr. Executive in HR until 2000. Ritu then joined InterGlobe Enterprises as the HR Head for various divisions, including IT, ITES, and Airlines Management. After that, they worked at Motorola Solutions as the Country HR Lead for GTM & Services from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at Nokia. Ritu then joined Visa as the HR Director for India & South Asia from 2013 to 2015. Ritu Kundu later became the HR Director (HR Head) at Iron Mountain from 2015 to 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Professional Development I Certified Coach at Grow More Avenues. Currently, Ritu Kundu holds the position of HR Head at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited since January 2023.

Ritu Kundu, GTML™, received a Global Fellow of Talent Management from The Wharton School in 2019, specializing in Human Resources Management. Ritu previously earned an MBA from Guru Ghasidas University from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a PGDHRD (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development) from the All India Management Association (AIMA), focusing on Human Resource Management. Ritu has also acquired several certifications, including Executive Leadership from Cornell University in November 2021, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching - Certified Executive & Team coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in February 2020, and a Certified Organisation Development Analyst from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) in July 2012.
