Oseme Stella Okoeka ACIPM, HRPL, EICP has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Oseme Stella Okoeka began their career as an HR Officer at Triple Express Couriers Limited in 2016. In 2018, they moved to RS Hunter Limited as a Human Resources/Recruitment Specialist, where they provided support advisory and consultancy service to clients on a range of human resources issues, procedures, and policies consistent with best practice, industry standards. In 2019, they joined Brooks and Blake as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they executed recruitment briefs for middle and senior management roles and managed the end-to-end recruitment process. In 2020, they moved to Infibranches Technologies as the Head of Human Resources and then to Swifta Systems and Services Ltd, where they are currently the Head of Human Resources and Ag. Head of Human Resources. Her tasks at Swifta Systems and Services Ltd include driving the recruitment strategy, acquiring and retaining the best talents, driving performances, creating and implementing employee career development plans, owning the business appraisal process, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Oseme Stella Okoeka holds a B.LIS degree in Library and Information Science from Delta State University, Nigeria. Oseme Stella Okoeka is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School.
