Marcelo Den Toom

Marcelo den Toom is a Partner at Bomchil since December 1993. Marcelo heads the Antitrust Department and is a member of the M&A Department. Prior to joining Bomchil, Marcelo has also worked as a Foreign Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in the Project Finance, Banking Department, at Haynes and Boone, LLP in the International Department, and as an Associate Attorney at Brons & Salas in the Litigation Department.
