Marco Abbati started their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in 2009. Marco continued their studies at the same university and completed a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2009 to 2012. During their time in university, Marco attended an Erasmus exchange program at Universidad de Málaga from 2011 to 2012, focusing on Quantitative Psychology and Organizational Psychology. Additionally, in 2012, they completed a program on the evaluation of occupational stress risks at the Istituto Galton. In 2013, Marco participated in an HR training program at AIDP. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they attended MIP Politecnico di Milano for an Executive Human Resources Business Leader program.
