Chef Philippe Chin has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. chef philippe started their career as a Campus Executive Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company in April 2016. After this, they joined Sugar Cane Maui in July 2013 as Director of Operations, where they led a culinary team and developed a unique and innovative menu. Chef Chin then returned to Bon Appétit Management Company in August 2018 as the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in creating exceptional dining experiences.
Chef Philippe Chin attended the École Hôtelière de Paris from 1977 to 1979, completing a BEP degree in culinary arts. chef philippe also holds the additional certification of "Master Chef of France" from the institution Maitres Cuisiniers de France.
