Eddie Siow

Eddie Siow has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades in various roles within the hospitality industry. Eddie began their career as a Management Intern at the Prince Hotel, where they gained experience in multiple areas such as front desk, accounting, restaurant service, catering, and housekeeping. Following this, they worked as a Dining Room Captain at the Ship Restaurant, specializing in fine dining and wine service.

Eddie then progressed to roles as a Food & Beverage Executive at the Westpoint Country Club and the Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Club, where they managed multiple foodservice outlets and implemented successful promotions to increase sales. Eddie also organized events such as a Christmas dinner with live performances.

In 1990, Eddie joined ARAMARK as a Student Manager, further honing their management skills. Eddie later became a Cafe Manager at Bon Appetit Management Company, overseeing operations within the organization.

Eddie eventually took on more senior positions at Bon Appetit, serving as an Operations Consultant in Tokyo, where they assisted in opening Bon Appetit-style cafes. Eddie then became the Operations Director at Santa Clara University and later at Seattle University, contributing to the establishment of several Bon Appetit cafes in the greater Seattle area.
