John Engstrom

John Engstrom has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. john served as the Vice President of East Coast Operations at Bon Appetit Management Company starting in 1993. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate VP Culinary Services at Virginia Tech from 1990 to 1993. john also worked as a Regional Director at Sieler's Corporation from 1986 to 1990.

John Engstrom's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Western Washington University, which they obtained from 1967 to 1971. In 1976, they attended Stanford Graduate School of Business, where they completed a program in Executive Leadership. In 2007, John Engstrom attended Duke Fuqua School of Business for a program in Strategic Planning. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they undertook a program in Leadership Management at Harvard Business School.
