Adam Vraves

Adam Vraves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Growth at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they focus on building, buying, and optimizing urgent care and occupational health clinics across four states. Previously, they worked at Providence as Director, Growth & Innovation, and later as Director, Operations & Administration. Adam also served as a Director at Unify Consulting and as Chief of Staff at Purposeful, a venture-backed startup aimed at revolutionizing philanthropy. Adam has experience in enterprise and strategic partnerships at Arivale, a scientific wellness company. Adam also spent several years at Intellectual Ventures, where they held roles such as Senior Program Manager, TA/Chief of Staff to Founder & CTO, and Manager of Business Development. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte as a Manager and Senior Consultant, managing client engagements and leading international projects. Adam's career began with internships at ChemPoint and a managerial role at StudentPainters.net.

Adam Vraves holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Adam also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems & Marketing from the University of Washington, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Equity & Inclusion Facilitator from Neural Shifts in 2021.
