Amy Sothard

Amy Sothard has extensive experience in the IT field, with a focus on strategy, program management, and business applications. Amy is currently working as the System Director of IT Strategy and Program Management at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the System Director of IT Business Applications at the same company from August 2019 to June 2023.

Before joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, Amy worked at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) for over a decade. Their roles at Mercy Health included Senior Director of IT Applications from January 2015 to August 2019, Corporate IT Director of Clinical Solutions from May 2012 to January 2015, and Regional Director of Relationship Management from January 2011 to May 2012. Additionally, they held positions as Director of Site Information Services from June 2008 to January 2011, Manager of Service Delivery from April 2007 to June 2008, and Senior Security Analyst from February 2006 to April 2007.

Amy's other work experience includes serving as a Board Member at Leadership Clark County from January 2010 to December 2012, and working as an Operations Coordinator/Supervisor/Senior Computer Technician at The Ohio Masonic Home from January 1999 to February 2006.

Amy Sothard completed their education with the following degrees:

- In 1999, they earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Urbana University.
