Nikki Carter

Nikki Carter, FACHE, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for US Markets at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a role held since November 2020, also holding the position of Chief Strategy Officer for the Samaritan Group. Prior to this, Nikki Carter was with Mercy Health from May 2011 to November 2020, where roles included Chief Strategy Officer for the Great Lakes Group, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Director of Program Development. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Cancer Care Services at Cleveland Clinic from October 2007 to April 2011, and in various roles at Humility of Mary Health Partners, including Director of Oncology Service Line and Administrative Fellow. Nikki Carter earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from West Virginia University.
