Scott Schitter has over 30 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting. Scott started their career as a Tax Staff at the Robert F. Uhrig Company in 1989. After six years, they moved to Deloitte & Touche where they were promoted to Senior Tax Manager and specialized in tax compliance and consulting for tax-exempt organizations. In 2004, they joined Mercy Health as the Corporate Director of Tax & Financial Compliance, where they were responsible for all aspects of tax compliance and consulting for a healthcare system. In 2018, they transitioned to Bon Secours Mercy Health as the System Director, Tax, and in 2020 they became the Vice President of Tax.

Scott Schitter received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 1989. Scott later pursued a Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Cincinnati, completing it in 2000.
