Msod Amber Mayes (she/her)

Amber Mayes, MSOD, is a seasoned leadership consultant and coach with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development. As the founder and CEO of Amber Mayes Consulting since January 2000, Amber specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Team Development. In addition, Amber co-founded Fifth Domain Coaching in 2017 to equip coaches and leaders with skills in diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Consultant at The Dagoba Group since 2011, Amber provides D&I consulting and training. Amber also shares expertise as an Adjunct Professor in the Georgetown Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management Certificate Program and has taught at multiple universities. With an educational background including a Master's in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Harvard University, Amber continues to influence and develop future leaders in the industry.
