Kale McNaney

Kale McNaney is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Bonbon Technologies since August 2022, Kale has previously held senior positions at Goodway, including VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Engineering Manager from May 2016 to July 2022. Early career highlights include contract work at Groupon focused on improving consumer experiences, and as CTO at BabbaCo, where Kale significantly reduced tech infrastructure costs and enhanced website responsiveness. Other notable roles include serving as CTO at SunnyBump, where Kale developed a photo blog for new parents, and at OpenChime, where a scalable communication platform was created for local services. Additionally, Kale was CTO at Musicane, crafting a digital sales platform for recording artists. Kale holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
