Pete Kledaras

Pete Kledaras has a robust background in risk management and fintech, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Bonder since January 2018. Previously, Kledaras held the position of Head of Risk & Payments at Bolt from August 2023 to February 2024, and founded Paylitix, Inc., where Kledaras served as CEO from September 2017 to June 2023. Kledaras also played pivotal roles at Bolt as Head of Risk, CashStar as Chief Risk Officer, and Intigrated Solutions as Owner, developing key strategies in risk management and credit analytics across various financial services. Kledaras' earlier career includes significant positions at Clout Financial Services, 1st Financial Bank USA, Neuristics Corp, and First USA / Bank One, contributing extensive expertise to portfolio management and financial technology initiatives. Kledaras holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
