Tanguy le Baron

Tanguy Le Baron is a Chef de projet R&D at Bonduelle since October 2024, where responsibilities include managing operational aspects of process and energy projects, developing test plans, and enhancing the processing steps for canned legumes. Prior to this role, Tanguy served as an Apprenti ingénieur I&D at Bonduelle Europe Long Life from August 2022 to August 2024, focusing on project management for reformulation, recipe improvement, and product development. Tanguy's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant recherche et développement at Corman - Groupe Savencia, where tasks involved creating databases and ingredient monitoring, and as a Beekeeper at MA RUCHE A LA MAISON, where honey production activities were conducted. Tanguy is pursuing a Master of Science in Food and Health at UniLaSalle, expected to complete in 2024, and holds an A-Level in Science from Lycée Les Pierres Vives.
