Fausto Carboni

Fausto Carboni began their work experience at Bonfiglioli in 1983 as an Application Engineer and Export Sales Manager. Fausto later became the Business Unit Manager at Comer in 1992 before returning to Bonfiglioli in 2002 as the Business Unit Sales Director. In 2008, Carboni took on the role of Business Unit General Manager at Bonfiglioli before being promoted to Group Chief Executive Officer in May 2015.

Fausto Carboni has a diverse education history. Fausto attended Aldini Valeriani from 1977 to 1982, where they studied mechanical engineering. In 1995, they began studying management and finance programs at The European House-Ambrosetti, completing their studies in 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued further management and finance programs at SDA Bocconi. In 2010, Carboni enrolled in management and finance programs at The European House-Ambrosetti, which they completed in 2017. Most recently, they participated in the Global CEO Program at IESE Business School in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, Carboni obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from the London Business School in 2023.
