Nicola Sonnenberg

Nicola Sonnenberg is currently working as the People and Culture Lead (HR Manager) at Bonfire since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Peet Limited as an HR Manager - West Region from August 2019 to March 2022 and as a Human Resources Business Partner from December 2018 to August 2019. From December 2016 to March 2018, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at AusGroup Limited | AGC | MAS | AMJV. Nicola also took a sabbatical in British Columbia, Canada, to travel and work at Ridebooker from March 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they worked at Peet Limited as a Human Resources Business Partner from January 2015 to March 2016. Nicola gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor (Contract) at Rio Tinto from July 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at ALLIANCE CONTRACTING PTY LTD from January 2012 to July 2014 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Truck Centre WA Pty Ltd from November 2010 to January 2012. Their career started as a Law Clerk at CCS Insurance Law from March 2008 to November 2010.

Nicola Sonnenberg pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Management from Curtin University. Nicola completed their education at Curtin University from 2008 to 2010.
