Leslie Pontello

Leslie Pontello is a board member at Bonfire Digital Wellness and the former Chief Operating Officer of bswift. Leslie has over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations, including stints as the HRO Global Practice Leader for Operations Services and Payroll Services at Hewitt Associates.

Pontello joined bswift in April 2015 and was responsible for client services operations, practice leadership, best practices, operational efficiencies, contracts, PMO, and internal HR and employee engagement activities. Under their leadership, bswift achieved a 30% CAGR.

Prior to joining bswift, Pontello was the Chief Operating Officer of Xerox HR Solutions. Leslie also spent nearly 10 years at Hewitt Associates as the HRO Global Practice Leader for various functions, including operations services, payroll services, and defined benefits.

Leslie Pontello has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University, as well as a degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Leslie also has a degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University.
