Cierra W. has a diverse background in program coordination and admissions, currently serving as a Program Experience Specialist and previously as a Program Coordinator at Bonfire since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Admissions Director and Admissions Coordinator at South Suburban Rehabilitation Center from September 2018 to November 2021. Cierra's experience in leadership includes serving on the Board of Directors for YWCA USA from July 2017 to May 2018, along with an internship in Women in Leadership at the same organization between September 2016 and April 2017. Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2018.
