Marissa Zapatka, a Certified Executive Pastry Chef, has accumulated vast experience in the culinary industry. Marissa has held positions at Sale e Pepe, Fiddler's Creek, and currently at Bonita Bay Club. Marissa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from The Culinary Institute of America in 2014.
