Peggy Taylor Sphr

Peggy Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Peggy started their career in 1992 as a Financial Assistant at Hemar Insurance Company. From 1992 to 2010, Peggy worked at New Leaf Management and Bonita Bay Group, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training, and compensation. In 2010, Peggy joined Bonita Bay Club as the Director of Human Resources.

Peggy Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Dordt University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained two additional certifications. In June 2012, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In March 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP Certification from the SHRM Certification institution.
