Elicia Potter

Elicia Potter's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Elicia started working at Information Experts in 2004 as a Creative Director until 2012. Then, they joined Network for Good in 2012 and held positions such as User Experience Designer, Customer Insights Manager, Director of Customer Insights & Product Marketing Strategy, and Chief of Staff to CTO/CPO. Their most recent role was at Bonterra, where they started in 2022 as the VP of Product Operations.

Elicia Potter holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from James Madison University. Elicia also obtained a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. In addition, they have achieved certifications from Pendo.io, including Product Analytics Certified, Product Management Basics Certified, and Product-led Certified.
